Army Cadets College (ACC)

Full Form: Army Cadets College

Purpose: Provides a route for eligible serving defence personnel to become commissioned officers. Selected candidates undergo degree-level training at the ACC Wing, IMA, followed by pre-commission training.

Conducting Body: Indian Army / Army Headquarters.

Eligibility:

• Serving personnel/PBOR of the armed forces as specified by the applicable notification.
• 10+2 or equivalent.
• Minimum period of military service is generally 2 years.
• Other service, medical and departmental conditions apply. 

Age Limit: Generally 20–27 years, subject to the applicable ACC notification.
