Full Form: National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA)
Purpose: The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) is a national-level entrance examination conducted for admission to the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) programme offered by institutions approved by the Council of Architecture (CoA) across India. The examination assesses a candidate's aptitude for architecture through evaluation of drawing skills, logical reasoning, observation, mathematics, design sensitivity, and critical thinking.

Eligibility: Candidates who have passed or are appearing for Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) or have completed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics from a recognized institution are eligible to apply, subject to the latest Council of Architecture eligibility guidelines.
Age Limit: There is no prescribed upper age limit for appearing in NATA. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria specified by the Council of Architecture and the participating institutions.
